Mountain
bike riders from far and wide descended on Ashon Court last weekend to
compete in one of the sport's most gruelling but popular events, the Kona
Bristol BikeFest
Once again it was
a blinding success. Though weather and traffic problems conspired to dampen
spirits on day one, delaying the start of the 12Hr by some 30mins, the
weekend event eventually proved to be as popular, enjoyable and thoroughly
well organised as ever for all concerned.
